Product Description

The feed liquid is preheated to the boiling point, added from the bottom of the heating chamber and strongly vaporized in the heating pipe, so that the generated steam drives the feed liquid to rise in a film along the pipe wall. The liquid film continues to evaporate in the rising process. The solution only needs to pass through the heating tube once to reach the required concentration. This evaporator is suitable for dilute solutions and heat sensitive materials with low concentration.

 

The rising film is mainly composed of evaporator, evaporation chamber, primary condenser, secondary condenser, storage tank, process connecting pipe, gear transfer pump and vacuum pump. The evaporator is used for both steam and hot oil, and the cylinder is equipped with 50mm heat insulation layer. The evaporation chamber is divided into vaporization section, packing section and liquid storage section. Its size and form are determined by the specification and process design. The two-stage condensing device is composed of plate heat exchangers with different cooling areas.
